This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (referred to as "User" or "you") and Souq Pro Care dot com for Information Technology (referred to as "Licensor" or "we") regarding the use of the software application ("Software") provided by Licensor, including Techno Viz, a subsidiary of Souq Pro Care dot com for Information Technology. By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License:

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software, including Techno Viz, for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions:

You shall not, and shall not permit others to:

a) Copy, modify, or distribute the Software, including Techno Viz, in whole or in part;

b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, including Techno Viz;

c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software, including Techno Viz;

d) Use the Software, including Techno Viz, for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;

e) Use the Software, including Techno Viz, to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Licensor or any third party.

3. Intellectual Property:

The Software, including Techno Viz, along with all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Licensor or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use Licensor's or its licensors' names, logos, or trademarks.

4. Support and Updates:

Licensor, Souq Pro Care dot com for Information Technology, may, at its discretion, provide you with support services and updates for the Software, including Techno Viz. Such services and updates may be subject to additional terms and fees.

5. Additional Services:

The Software may offer additional services within the application, which may be subject to separate fees not included in the monthly or annual subscription. Your use of these additional services is optional and subject to the terms and conditions provided within the Software.

6. Pricing and Subscription:

The Software licenses are offered on a subscription basis, with varying monthly fees based on different packages and features. The pricing details and subscription terms will be provided separately, and you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected subscription plan.

7. Payment and Billing:

You authorize Licensor to charge the designated payment method for the subscription fees at the beginning of each billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information is accurate and up to date. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Software.

8. Modifications to Subscription:

Licensor reserves the right to modify the pricing, features, or terms of the subscription plans with prior notice. Any changes to the subscription will be communicated to you, and you will have the option to accept the modified terms or cancel your subscription.

9. Data Privacy:

By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that Licensor may collect and process certain personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities conducted using your account.

10. Third-Party Services:

The Software may integrate or utilize third-party services, which may be subject to their own terms and conditions. Licensor is not responsible for any actions, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of such third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Software, including Techno Viz, is provided "as is" without any warranties or conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Licensor, Souq Pro Care dot com for Information Technology, or Techno Viz be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, including Techno Viz, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Termination:

Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software, including Techno Viz, and destroy any copies in your possession.

14. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

15. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

By subscribing to and using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any separate pricing and subscription terms provided to you.
